This Privacy Policy explains how Renabled (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and the Renabled Agent browser extension (the “Extension”). By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

  • Extension usage data (on supported sites only): The Extension operates on Vinted (.com, .es, .fr, .it) and Wallapop domains to provide on‑page features. To generate replies or perform actions you request, it may process:
  • Chat snippets you’re viewing or composing
  • Listing details visible on the page (e.g., title, price, URL)
  • Selected products you choose in the popup (IDs, quantities, optional price)
  • Optional session token you provide to authenticate with Renabled services
  • Technical signals:
  • Limited network metadata (request URL and timing) on supported domains to detect when page data is ready. We do not read or store request/response bodies.
  • Website data:
  • Basic analytics (e.g., page views, referrers, device/browser information). If we use cookies or third‑party analytics, they are limited to improving site reliability and performance.

We do not collect your browsing history. The Extension does not run or collect data on sites outside the approved domains listed above.

How we use information

  • To provide core features: generate contextual drafts, insert replies into the chat input, show inline shipment/tracking UI, create findings in your Renabled workspace.
  • To operate our APIs and services you directly call from the Extension (e.g., product search, create finding, start shipment, mark in transit).
  • To maintain and improve functionality, security, and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.


What we store and where

  • Extension settings (model, additional context, selected products, create‑finding toggle, and your session token if provided) are stored locally in your browser via storage.
  • When you trigger a feature that calls Renabled services, we send only the data needed for that request (e.g., relevant chat snippets, listing title/price/URL, selected products, provided session token). These requests are processed on our servers to fulfill your action and may be logged for security, reliability, and debugging.
  • We do not sell personal data.


Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We process data based on:

  • Your consent (e.g., using the Extension on specific pages, sending chat/listing context to our APIs).
  • Performance of a contract (providing requested features).
  • Legitimate interests (service integrity, fraud/security, product improvement).

You can withdraw consent at any time by turning off or uninstalling the Extension, revoking site access, or resetting the Extension’s settings.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We may share with:

  • Service providers (e.g., infrastructure, analytics) under strict confidentiality and data protection terms.
  • Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.


Retention

  • Local extension settings remain on your device until you remove or reset them.
  • Server‑side logs and request data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we aim for industry‑standard protections.

Your choices and rights

  • Control site access: Manage host permissions from your browser’s extension settings or uninstall the Extension.
  • Reset local data: Use the Extension’s “Reset” option to clear stored configuration.
  • Access, deletion, correction (GDPR/CCPA and similar): You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.

USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


We inform you that any personal data you may provide through this website, as well as any data you may provide in the future within the framework of your legal relationship with this entity, will be incorporated into our database.


The following information regarding data protection is provided:
